\n We accept all types of passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

What happens to my vehicle during my stay?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n Your vehicle is parked and secured throughout your journey.
\nDepending on available space, your vehicle can be driven to our adjoining parking lot.
In this case, an agent will drive your vehicle back to the agency on your return.
\nOur teams provide guarding and vehicle security from morning to night. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How many passenger seats do you have on the shuttle ?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n We have two shuttles for 7 and 8 passengers.
\nYou may have to wait for a shuttle turn at peak times, which can take up to 15 minutes.
\nChildren and the elderly will always be given priority. Thank you for your understanding.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How much does it cost to park at BigPark ?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n All bookings are subject to a handling fee of 21.50 CHF incl. VAT (approx. 21 \u20ac at the current exchange rate).
\nIt includes your transfer with luggage, vehicle photo report and airport taxes.
\nEach day costs 10.70 CHF incl. VAT (approx. 11 \u20ac). Don't forget to book in advance!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How does the booking process work ?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n Booking and payment are made on our website.
\nYou choose the day and time you wish to drop off your vehicle (2 to 3 hours before your boarding time). For the return journey, you must indicate the day and time of your landing.
\nYou can also add extra services (cleaning, electrical recharging, tire changes, claims handling).
\nOnce your reservation has been confirmed, a space is reserved for you and allocated in one of our parking lots. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

What documents do I need to make a reservation?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n We need to know :
\n- make, model and registration of your vehicle,
\n- your departure and arrival flight numbers,
\n- the telephone number where you can be reached upon return.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
\n
\n

How can I change or cancel my reservation ? What happens if I'm late?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n You can reduce or extend the duration of your parking by replying to the reservation confirmation received by e-mail (contact@bigpark.ch<\/a>).
\nIn the event of cancellation 24 hours before your arrival at the agency, we will refund 50% of the reservation.
\nAfter 24 hours, no refund will be made.
\nThe \"cancellation insurance\" option guarantees reimbursement of your reservation minus the cost of insurance ( 10.80 CHF incl. VAT \/ approx. 11 \u20ac at the current exchange rate) if you cancel up to 2 hours before departure.

Do we have to take the Swiss vignette when we arrive from France ?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n The motorway vignette is only required for use on Swiss freeways.
\nYou can pass through Saint-Julien-en-Genevois customs or Ferney-Voltaire customs to avoid the Swiss freeway and the purchase of a vignette.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How can I save time on the day of my departure?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n If you are more than 4 travelers, we advise you to drop the other passengers off at the airport before going to the agency. This will facilitate your shuttle transfer. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How long does the transfer to the airport take ?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n The shuttle transfer takes 5 minutes, with an agent dropping you off in front of the airport's main entrance.
\nWe recommend that you allow 20 minutes in advance on your schedule in case of busy periods (vacation departures, weekends).\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How do I get my vehicle back ?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n On your return, we ask you to call us once you've collected your luggage or cleared customs. The BigPark shuttle picks you up at the same point as on the outward journey, opposite the airport's main entrance, and drives you to the agency to return the vehicle. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n We monitor your flight number and prepare your return accordingly.
