What type of vehicle do you accept ?

We accept all types of passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons.

Do you have car seats for children ?

Our shuttles include car seats suitable for all children.
However, we can use your own seats and replace them in your vehicle after the transfer.

Where are your airport parking lots ?

Nous disposons d’un parking à l’agence et d’un parking annexe, tous deux situés dans un rayon de 5 km autour de l'aéroport, en Suisse.

What happens to my vehicle during my stay?

Your vehicle is parked and secured throughout your journey.
Depending on available space, your vehicle can be driven to our adjoining parking lot.
In this case, an agent will drive your vehicle back to the agency on your return.
Our teams provide guarding and vehicle security from morning to night.

How many passenger seats do you have on the shuttle ?

We have two shuttles for 7 and 8 passengers.
You may have to wait for a shuttle turn at peak times, which can take up to 15 minutes.
Children and the elderly will always be given priority. Thank you for your understanding.

How much does it cost to park at BigPark ?

All bookings are subject to a handling fee of 21.50 CHF incl. VAT (approx. 21 € at the current exchange rate).
It includes your transfer with luggage, vehicle photo report and airport taxes.
Each day costs 10.70 CHF incl. VAT (approx. 11 €). Don't forget to book in advance!

How does the booking process work ?

Booking and payment are made on our website.
You choose the day and time you wish to drop off your vehicle (2 to 3 hours before your boarding time). For the return journey, you must indicate the day and time of your landing.
You can also add extra services (cleaning, electrical recharging, tire changes, claims handling).
Once your reservation has been confirmed, a space is reserved for you and allocated in one of our parking lots.

What documents do I need to make a reservation?

We need to know :
- make, model and registration of your vehicle,
- your departure and arrival flight numbers,
- the telephone number where you can be reached upon return.

How can I change or cancel my reservation ? What happens if I'm late?

You can reduce or extend the duration of your parking by replying to the reservation confirmation received by e-mail (
In the event of cancellation 24 hours before your arrival at the agency, we will refund 50% of the reservation.
After 24 hours, no refund will be made.
The "cancellation insurance" option guarantees reimbursement of your reservation minus the cost of insurance ( 10.80 CHF incl. VAT / approx. 11 € at the current exchange rate) if you cancel up to 2 hours before departure.

Where exactly is the agency located ?

The agency is located Chemin du Pavillon 6, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, 3 km from the airport.

Do we have to take the Swiss vignette when we arrive from France ?

The motorway vignette is only required for use on Swiss freeways.
You can pass through Saint-Julien-en-Genevois customs or Ferney-Voltaire customs to avoid the Swiss freeway and the purchase of a vignette.

How can I save time on the day of my departure?

If you are more than 4 travelers, we advise you to drop the other passengers off at the airport before going to the agency. This will facilitate your shuttle transfer.

How long does the transfer to the airport take ?

The shuttle transfer takes 5 minutes, with an agent dropping you off in front of the airport's main entrance.
We recommend that you allow 20 minutes in advance on your schedule in case of busy periods (vacation departures, weekends).

What happens if I'm late?

Appointment times are very important. The entire daily schedule is calculated according to our customers' schedules.

How do I get my vehicle back ?

On your return, we ask you to call us once you've collected your luggage or cleared customs. The BigPark shuttle picks you up at the same point as on the outward journey, opposite the airport's main entrance, and drives you to the agency to return the vehicle.

What happens if my plane is delayed on my return ?

We monitor your flight number and prepare your return accordingly.
If your flight is cancelled or lands too late, we arrange for an agent to wait for your return in all circumstances.
